The publication reveals the impact of architectural production of João Kon on the morphology of several São Paulo’s neighborhoods such as Higienópolis and Jardins, and the apartment building typology in the city between 1960 and 1980. Edited by Romano Guerra Editora, with texts written by Fernando Serapão, Jacopo Crivelli Visconti and Luis Espallargas Gimenez, the book depicts in detail ten selected projects, records the effervescent atmosphere of São Paulo’s architecture at the time and still brings the architect training period.
