Museu da Casa Brasileira and SISEM promote virtual workshop on exhibitions

On August 26 (Thursday), at 3 pm, the Museu da Casa Brasileira, an institution of the Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy of the State of São Paulo, in partnership with the São Paulo State System of Museums (SISEM-SP) , will carry out the online workshop “Expography and exhibition graphic design”, with the participation of Ana Heloisa Santiago (MCB). To participate, simply register in advance.

The program will present the process of creating exhibition projects based on some case studies of exhibitions held at the Museu da Casa Brasileira (MCB) by the internal team and – also – will address, in a panoramic and comprehensive way, the creation of the institution’s project guideline , the development of executive and graphic projects; the teams and roles developed by the various professionals involved in the exhibition, from conception to assembly. References from projects carried out by other architects and designers will also be presented, with the aim of offering notions about the creation process and repertoire of ways to exhibit.

About Ana Heloisa Santiago
Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo, with a Masters in Graphic Design from Yale University. She was a designer at SP-Arte – São Paulo International Art Festival, and is an exhibition manager at the Museu da Casa Brasileira since 2018. She has developed projects for institutions such as Sesc and Instituto Tomie Ohtake, among others. She also works as an independent designer, having collaborated for publishers such as, However, Capivara, Ikrek Edições and Rizzolli.
