The “Educativo MCB” proposes practices that stimulate the looking, the doing and the thinking. We want the visitors to become investigators, searching the contents that the museum offers in a contemporary perspective. The idea is to create challenges for the participants of the educational activities to raise questions from their own experiences and find new ways to relate the visit to the MCB with their lives.
One of the actions of the “Educativo MCB” is the program “Uma Tarde no Museu” (An Afternoon at the Museum), held monthly, with workshops designed for families and the general public. The museum has an adequate physical structure to accommodate people with disabilities, public we develop special programs for.
