VIRTUAL SIDEWALK

With the closing of the MCB during the Covid-19 pandemic and the social isolation, the Oficinas na Calçada project was rethought and adapted, and started to be carried out virtually through weekly posts on social networks. “Virtual Sidewalks” were invented!

Materials were produced and several posts were made on the museum’s social networks, containing images, poems, texts and questions with the intention of interacting with the public, generating reflections, questions and investigations about the home and the domestic environment.
