Feira Sabor Nacional – 8th edition
The Museu da Casa Brasileira, an institution of the State Department of Culture, managed by Civil Society through the House of Arts and Artifacts of Brazil, and the FSN Group in partnership with the eighth edition of Feira Sabor Nacional. The event will take place on September 22 and 23, Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with free admission.
The curator of the fair seeks innovation and originality in products that reflect the directions and aspects of gastronomy and according to the season.
“For the September edition, which marks the arrival of spring, we will bring producers who use flowers, such as teas, homemade cookies, tempered butter, artichokes and derivatives, as well as edible flowers,” says Elson Reys, a member of the FSN Group.
“The MCB values initiatives such as the Feira Sabor Nacional, which creates an opportunity for access to small producers, providing their contact with the final consumer. We have other fairs foreseen in our programming for 2018 and 2019 that encourage artisan production and the entrepreneurs of the Brazilian creative economy, “says Miriam Lerner, general director of the museum.
In addition to the exhibitors and the food court, Feira Sabor Nacional, which has already been consolidated with one of the main gastronomic events in the capital, and brings together about 10,000 people each edition, has a special program. Check out:
