FEIRA SABOR NACIONAL – 6ª EDIÇÃO
The FEM Group and the Museu da Casa Brasileira (MCB), an institution of the São Paulo State Secretariat of Culture, hold the fifth edition of the National Flavor Fair on November 18 and 19, from 10 am to 8 pm, with free admission. The event aims to return to the tradition of Brazilian cuisine by bringing together, in one place, small producers of food, beverages and culinary accessories for the final consumer.
In this edition, the mission of promoting conscious consumption and enhancing national recipes, spices and flavors will be taken to children through workshops. The Live and Let Live Association will promote storytelling about food. There will also be recycled paper workshop with creation of new objects using discarded food packaging.
“The identification of our audience with the one that frequents the museum is great. The location in a region of easy access, in addition to the charm of space, make the National Sabor Fair in the Museum of Casa Brasileira always be a success “, comments Elson Reys, one of the founders of the FEM Group.
