On March 7, Saturday, starting at 10 am, the Educative of the Museu da Casa Brasileira, an institution of the Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy of the State of São Paulo, will hold the ‘Inflatable Architecture’ workshop, an activity that includes children from 6 years and adults.
‘Inflatable Architecture’ is a public and collective event, which intertwines reflection and practice in the process of inventing a large object in the museum space.

Does one thing mean another when you change places? Based on this question, we will travel through the genealogy of materials through time, behind the indications, clues and tracks that each material keeps.

At the meeting, we will also investigate the relationship of hidden familiarity between organic matter and industrialized plastics, seeking to recognize the invisible elements fundamental to the survival of all living species on the ‘space ship’ Earth.
We will go from the minimum towards the maximum use of space, using simple and viable resources so that small participants can be with young people and adults.

Once the construction is ready, we will visit its interior in search of new meanings for the question that inspired us.
