On cloth or paper? What is your coffee filter?
For many people, coffee is a sacred drink, so sacred that even saint wins, on Monday and without sugar, sometimes for Benedito, other times Preto Velho. Holy or secular, profane or sacred, divine or mundane what really matters is that unfiltered coffee doesn’t go well.
Since the beginning of the spread of coffee consumption, that seed of Ethiopian origin that dictated the transformation of the Americas, there have been many ways to process it into a beverage. From the backlands of Brazil come memories of cloth filters, of the arrangements with pantyhose that coexist today with other modern ways of preparation, filtering and flavors achieved thanks to the dedicated study of the cafeteria from which melittas, mokas, espresso, chemex, aeropress coffee arose Turkish and so many other ways to taste coffee.
How about bringing your filter and spending an affectionate breakfast with us ?!
We will have good time to play with the possibilities of design. Children and adults are welcome.
